Rectangular fryer is fabricated in Stainless steel body having Pan is mounted on a SS body 304. The pan is having multiple opening for oil inlet from one side and outlet from the other side. The pan is properly insulated from the bottom to avoid heat loss. Continuous bucket type filter for filtering the edible oil continuously. The Frying system is connected with Digital Temperature Controller and Control Panel.  This multipurpose Rectangular Gas fryer use for various products like potato, banana chips, Namkeen, bhujia, ghathiya, fryums. Gas flame is control by electric panel board.

The Continuous peeler includes a hygienic and safe alternative of abrasive peeling. It does not leave carborundum in your end product. The discs can be used clockwise and counter-clockwise for both the upper and lower side of the disc.

Operations- The cooked, cooled and oil free product is discharged directly into the rotating drum. A series of longitudinal flights catch the cooked product and gently tumble them within the drums interior. As the pieces are being tumbled, flavoring is dispensed through the extended auger tube of the flavor applicator.
